Blog "Američki Izbori 2024." (collectively, "we", "us", or "our"), offers websites (the "Sites") and pages on social media (the "Social Media Accounts", and, together with the Sites, the "Properties"), including without limitation all Content, available on the Properties, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
 

PROHIBITED CONDUCT/ACTIVITY

It is a condition of your use of the Properties that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Properties.

•  Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the Properties or their features, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the Properties.

• Obtain or attempt to obtain any Content or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Properties.

• Use the Properties to post or transmit any information, software or other Content that contains a virus, worm, time bomb, or other harmful component.

•  Use the Properties to post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other Content for commercial purposes.

•  Gather, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, any email addresses or other personal information that has been posted by other users of the Properties without prior, written consent from us or the data subject.

• Use the Properties to engage in or conduct any high risk activities where damage or injury to persons, property, environment, finances or business may result if an error occurs.

• Use the Properties for any purpose in violation of applicable law, rule or regulation.

All texts on news articles not credited to any mark or credited to the Washington Examiner from April 14, 2023 at 5:22 a.m. to August 10, 2023 at 7:58 p.m. were written by Washington Examiner reporters and writers and are the intellectual property of the Washington Examiner.

All news articles not credited to any mark or credited to The Hill from August 12, 2023 at 5:43 a.m. to February 2, 2023 at 6:02 p.m. were written by The Hill reporters and writers and are the intellectual property of The Hill.
 

All other Content that are not public domain is credited to the rightful author, owner or licensor of that
content.
